Prof. Ping WANG invited in Zhejiang University-Cambridge University 2021 Workshop

In 20 November 2021, Prof. Ping Wang was invited to give a speech about “The Smart Bioelectronic Nose and Bioelectronic Tongue” in the Zhejiang University-Cambridge University 2021 Workshop. The workshop was held for in-depth exchanges between researchers from Zhejiang University and Cambridge University, which is sponsored by the Department for International Cooperation and Center for Multi-Disciplinary Researches, Zhejiang University. The workshop focused on the topic of “Flexible Electronics and Smart Systems”. First, Prof. Jikui Luo from Zhejiang University gave an opening mark. After that, Prof. Tawfique Hasan, Prof. Luigi Occhipinti and Prof. Stephan Hofmann from Cambridge University gave speeches about the topic of nanostructured devices, flexible electronics and smart system design, and advanced nanomaterials, respectively. Subsequently, Prof. Jizhou Song and Prof. Ping Wang gave speeches about the topic of flexible inorganic electronics, bioelectronic nose and bioelectronic tongue, respectively.

The workshop was live online through the ZOOM software and has lasted for more than four hours. Several hundreds of researchers from all over the world joined in the workshop and discussed with the speakers. This workshop provides a good platform for researchers from all over the world to learn the recent progress and challenges in the flexible electronics and smart systems.
