On October 23rd, 2020, the autumn sports meeting of Zhejiang University kicked off with an impassioned opening ceremony. Under the regular epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19 pandemic, all the teachers and students of Zhejiang University gathered in the playground together, with vigor and vitality, and threw themselves into the long-distance running activity.
Led by Ms. Yang Yang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of CBEIS, and Ms. Sun Youbo, secretary of the Youth League, CBEIS students held high the flag of CBEIS and finished the running around Zijingang Campus.
After the running activity, the school sports meeting began. Students from CBEIS enthusiastically signed up and actively participated in the sports meeting. Among all the participant, Zheng Tianyu won the first place in the men's 400m of the postgraduate group and the fifth place in the men's 800m of the postgraduate group. Zhao Xingyue won the fourth place of men's 400-meter hurdles in the undergraduate group; Zhang Xueting won the 7th place in the women's 200m undergraduate group and the 5th place in the women's 400m undergraduate group. Yan Chengyun won the 7th place in the men's 100m hurdles of the Undergraduate group. In the 10*50m relay race on the last day, competitors from CBEIS won the first place in their group.
Hundred boats scramble, the person rushes first. Hope CBEIS students could carry the spirit of struggle and positive in their daily lives!
